Defective Tools

Tools with a manufacturing defect are covered by our limited lifetime warranty. Contact us with photos and a description of the issue, and we'll repair or replace the item.

Ordered the Wrong Tool?

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original condition can usually be returned for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Contact us before sending a return so we can confirm the details
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take several business days to appear.

Used Tools

Used tools are not eligible for return, unless the item qualifies under our manufacturer defect warranty.
