If you believe your tool has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the claim and work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
High Country Tools is a small, firefighter-owned business. Caleb serves full-time as a firefighter and works extended 48-hour and occasionally 72-hour shifts. Because of this schedule, same-day shipping is not always possible. Orders are still processed as quickly as possible, and when delays occur we frequently upgrade packages to priority shipping whenever possible.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. High Country Tools is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
